We would like to invite you to a presentation on the heritage of the Chats Falls area that will be given on Saturday April 21 at 10 am as part of the “Rencontres du patrimoine” in Gatineau.   This presentation, delivered by Michael McBane and Maude-Emmanuelle Lambert will elaborate on the heritage assets of the Chats Falls area and the starting point of a project to highlight them.   This is part of a full day event at Université du Québec en Outaouais (pavillon Taché, Grande Salle, 283, boul. Chats Falls Generating Station has been operating on the Ottawa River for more than 8o years. The site is located in Fitzroy Harbour, Ontario.   Friends of Chats Falls have arranged for a guided tour of this facility on Friday, April 20th and Monday April 30th from 10:00a.m. -12:00p.m.   Registration is essential as the numbers are limited for each visit.
